PEMBROKE COLLEGE MUSIC SOCIETY
Pembroke College Music Society (PCMS) is a student-run society which puts on a variety of musical events throughout the year as well as helping facilitate student music making through the loan of equipment. In addition, we aim to create a forum where like-minded members of the college can connect with each other and have their say on music in college.
ACAPEMBROKE
Acapembroke is Pembroke’s first and only acapella group! Covering a variety of modern genres from Singing in the Rain to Disney favourites, you will be sure
to hear them come May Ball season!
Pembroke Singers
The Pembroke Singers rehearse on Thursday evenings from 7:30-9:15. It is a relaxed, non-auditioned Choir who prepare a concert every term.
COLLEGE ORCHESTRA
Pembroke, Peterhouse and Downing colleges joint orchestra (PPDO) is the main orchestra for Pembroke members. It is non-audition with a regular rehearsal every other week in term time. PPDO aim to put on one concert a term. If you are interested in joining, contact Jago Thornton (jat76@cam.ac.uk).
